1. Axon Driver Solutions’ motion driving simulators may be not for everyone. Axon Driver Solutions reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who have following conditions: Pregnant, under drug influences (Advil, alcohol, cannabis etc.), heart conditions, injuries, other pre-existing medical conditions. Please consult your physician or doctor if you have any health concern before using our simulators.

2. Axon Driver Solutions does not recommend children under the age of twelve (12) to operate our driving simulator without parental supervision. Parent need to acknowledge that simulator systems are powerful machinery and may be harmful to your children.

3. Use of food and/or liquid are prohibited near all simulators at all time.

4.Gloves are mandatory while operating any simulator. Axon Driver Solutions reserves the right to refuse service to users who are not wearing gloves.

5. Axon Driver Solutions will obtain your consent to communicate electronically. User understands that your consent may be withdrawn at any time.

6. User hereby agrees that he/she will give permission to Axon Driver Solutions for any photograph and video to be used as it relates to the production of social media marketing and other promotions of the business. 

7. User of simulator agrees to evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of Axon Driver Solutions’ motion driving simulator for themselves.

8. Axon Driver Solutions is in no way responsible for any damage or loss of any kind arising from the use of its simulators system. User hereby agrees not to hold Axon Driver Solutions responsible for any or all damage or loss of any kind arising from use of its motion driving simulator system including but not limited to direct or indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of its motion driving simulator system.

9. User hereby agrees that he/she will follow Axon Driver Solutions’ driving simulators system’s operator’s instruction and will not purposely or improperly remove, modify, or damage any equipment on Axon Driver Solutions’ motion driving simulator systems. Users are required to pay for any damage due to improper use. In the case of damages from improper use, Axon Driver Solutions reserves the right to discontinue, suspend or terminate any membership or usage without notice for any reason, and the right to refuse any refund for damage deposit, usage or membership, which is refused, discontinued, suspended, or terminated. Damage deductible is required before use of machine.

10. Any active Axon Driver Solutions members may either walk in or make a reservation without any additional cost. Reservation need to be made 2 hours ahead of appointment. Company will require non-refundable cash deposit for non-members to book any time slot. User hereby agrees that no refund or exchange for non-member’s cancellation, drop-in trial session, single-month subscription, Sim Racing Event admissions and event admissions will be issued. Early cancellations for multiple-months membership subscriptions may be done in store only. Members will be charged early cancellation fee for half of the remaining time, calculated by every half month. Members must pay their early cancellation fee within 15 days of their cancellation. We reserved right to reject any service or entrance for those who has late payment.

11. User agrees that it is user’s responsibility to show up on time. In the case of user showing up late, all required setup may be performed and overlapped with the following appointment. Axon Driver Solutions are not responsible for any loss in machine usage time and will not make any kind of compensation. Users give up their spots if they are late for more than 15 minutes.

12. Axon Membership is not shareable in any circumstances. Only valid membership holder can operate our driving simulators.

13. Discounts or offers may not apply to online purchase. There will be no refund in difference for members who already made purchase online without current offers.

14.Member can upgrade their membership tiers within 7 days membership activation or renewal. Upgrade will be unavailable after 7 days. Option to downgrade membership tier is not available in any circumstances.

15. Axon Membership:
a. Member must follow the timeframe of the corresponding membership tier. Available hour cannot be redeemed in advance.
b. For Basic Membership, one credit will be deducted from your account for each visit. Each credit equals a maximum of 2 hours visit. Credit cannot be split into multiple sessions.
c. All Axon Punch Card purchases has a 6-months of validity upon activation.

17. Axon Driver Solutions reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions. All conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
