Brief Introduction

For Formula 1’s 8th stop in the 2018 F1 season we go to Circuit Paul Ricard located in Le Castellet, Provence-Alpes-Cote D’Azur, France. Mercedes seems to have their new PU ready to go for this Grand Prix which will makes things interesting after the Canadian GP where Ferrari and Sebastian Vettel dominated the race.

The last F1 race that took place at Paul Ricard was back in 1991; making it 27 years since F1 has been here. This is a brand new track to all the teams and drivers – who will come up on top this weekend?

Lewis Hamilton makes it two sessions in a row at Circuit Paul Ricard for Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport 💪

With the updated ICE, MGUs, and Turbos’ the Silver Arrows get a front-row lockout! But what is truly special and surprising is Charles Leclerc in an Alfa Sauber. He not only got it into Q3, Leclerc qualified P8! – Absolutely stunning work.

With the sudden downpour in FP3, the unpredictable weather will hopefully come in during the race for some interesting strategies and to mix things up.
